《楞严经》卷六记载观世音菩萨「从闻思修入三摩地」，文殊菩萨评为「反闻闻自性，性成无上道」。作者在声乐教学中把这一段经文发展为一种聆听训练，称为耳根圆通法，分三个阶段：声学解耦（分清气导与骨导，不再为追逐外在的声音而挤压喉部）、反闻（把注意力从控制发声转到聆听声音与振动）、零点发声（在声音之前先建立清楚的内在音高）。
本书把经文与听觉科学、嗓音声学并排阅读：骨导与气导如何让人听见自己，镫骨肌反射与「言语诱发抑制」如何调低自身声音，音高偏移反射与听觉想象如何参与音准，声道作为四分之一波长共鸣管如何形成共振峰与驻波。书中以标注框区分经文、已发表的研究、可运行的 Python 推导与作者的假说，给出一套四周的每日练习，并公开一份可以被推翻的预注册实验方案。书中不作任何医疗或疗效声明；432/528 Hz 只作为内在参照的意象，没有证据表明它们有特殊作用。

Abstract
The sixth fascicle of the Śūraṅgama Sūtra records how Avalokiteśvara entered samādhi through hearing, and Mañjuśrī's verse praises the practice of turning the hearing back to hear one's own nature. In teaching singing, the author developed this passage into a listening practice he calls the Ergen Yuantong method, in three stages: acoustic decoupling (separating air- and bone-conducted sound, and no longer squeezing the throat to chase an outer sound), turning the hearing inward (moving attention from controlling the voice to listening to sound and vibration), and phonating from the zero point (establishing a clear inner pitch before the sound begins).
This book reads the scripture side by side with auditory science and voice acoustics: how bone and air conduction let us hear our own voice, how the stapedius reflex and speaking-induced suppression turn it down, how the pitch-shift reflex and auditory imagery take part in pitch accuracy, and how the vocal tract, as a quarter-wave resonator, forms formants and standing waves. Marked boxes separate scripture, published research, runnable Python calculations and the author's hypotheses. The book gives a four-week daily practice and publishes a pre-registered protocol that could prove the method does not work. It makes no medical or therapeutic claims; 432 and 528 Hz are used only as images for an inner reference, and there is no evidence that they have special effects.
